Right of Withdrawal (7 calendar days)
In compliance with Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, customers may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, as long as the item is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.

• Processing time may vary between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Defective Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect, customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. The store will cover return and reshipping costs.

• A customer receives a bag with a broken zipper. After sending photos to customer support, the return is approved at no cost, and the customer may choose between a refund or replacement.
