Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchanges

• We accept exchanges in cases of defects, wrong item received, or incorrect size (when available in stock).

• The product must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Deadlines

• The exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

• Once approved, the customer will receive return instructions.

Example:

• A customer orders sneakers in size 37 but receives size 38. They open a support ticket, return the product, and receive the correct size at no additional cost.
